Rebecca Flanagan
Registered Psychotherapist, MA, RP

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and has been practicing for 6 years. With use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in her practice. Rebecca specializes in helping individuals affected by addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and assists family members in coping with loved ones experiencing addiction and mental health illnesses. She offers treatment for children, adolescents and adults experiencing: abuse, addiction, anxiety, chronic pain, emotion dysregulation, trauma interpersonal relationship troubles, trouble sleeping, eating disorders, depression, grief/loss, ADHD, behavioral addictions, migraines, tinnitus and many more.

EMDR
EMDR therapy does not require talking in detail about the distressing issues, it allows the brain to resume its natural healing process and is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, Brain spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Rebecca will work with you to determine which approach will be best suited for you. EMDR is known to be more efficient and effective than other psychotherapies.

Kelsey Oswald-Bauer
Registered Psychotherapist MA, RP

Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from the University of Windsor with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Social Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. Practicing in the mental health realm for over 5 years and registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario for 1 year.
Kelsey specializes in helping individuals with persistent serious mental health. behavioural support and emotional regulation and have focused most of her research on eating disorders and sexual violence.
She practices Brain spotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, polyvagal theory and dialectical behavioural therapy. Kelsey has experience working with children, teens and young adults with focus on anxiety disorders, self esteem concerns, trauma and abuse, emotional regulation, interpersonal communications and bit of everything in between.
