Our Halotherapy salt room offers a relaxing environment for relief of respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies, sinuses and more. The Halogenerator blows  medical grade salt into the air, these micronized particles are passively inhaled as you relax entering your lungs, sinus cavity, deep into the respiratory system and digestive tract. This salt attaches to mucus in the body, helps break down and expel it, while reducing inflammation and opening airways. This therapy is very effective when fighting a cold, chronic cough, seasonal allergies and more. You know that feeling of breathing clearly in the ocean? You’ll find that same relief here! We host 6 week Meditation classes (Mon & Wed evenings) and Drop in classes, Private Yoga and special events in our Salt Room.
