Are you feeling stuck? Feeling like no matter what you do you can’t seem to break habits and patterns that are affecting your personal life and relationships? I know how frustrating this can be and am here to help you to get to the root of what is making breaking those habits so difficult! I’m a dig deep therapist who helps you uncover the underlying causes and to work through them to start to truly heal. Many say they’ve never had a therapist who works like I do, and have come to me after years of unsuccessful attempts at change.

I use Brainspotting, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I work with you to determine which approach will be best suited for you.

Let’s work together to help you break free from the limits you’re experiencing and live a full and content life. I offer free 10 minute consultations via phone or can be contacted via email if you have any questions about services.

Kelsey Oswald-Bauer
Registered Psychotherapist MA, RP

Hi, my name is Kelsey. I am a registered psychotherapist who practices EMDR therapy and brainspotting therapy. I believe in using a bottoms-up experiential approach in therapy. I believe in softly engaging parts of our bodies that hold our experiences. I enjoy practicing parts work, polyvagal theory, somatic processing with elements of cognitive-behavioural, dialectical behavioural and solution-focus approaches. Throughout my 10-years of experience, I have provided supports for various mental health concerns and have focused my education on sexual violence, complex childhood traumas, anxiety-related disorders.

I have experience working with various age demographics but am most suitable for adults. I focus on a wide range of trauma experiences and abuse, adverse childhood experiences and the impacts they have on understanding our world, relationships, and ourselves. I also focus on anxiety, obsessive-compulsions, and binge eating. My goal is to help my clients become compassionate towards understanding themselves and their parts, and to confidently explore their reality and find self-discovery.

Lauren Bonner
Certified Nurse Psychotherapist, RPN

Throughout my nursing career my main goal was to always provide a compassionate, client centered approach to healing. While accompanying individuals as they navigated their physical rehabilitation I quickly realized the profound impacts that their life changing experience had not only physically, but also emotionally on them and their families. It was through this that I found my passion for Psychotherapy. I understand that trauma affects each person uniquely, and my work is tailored to meet clients where they are on their healing journey.

By combining my nursing background with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological impacts of trauma, I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and process their experiences, rebuild resilience, and move toward lasting recovery.

My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based trauma informed approaches, including DBT, CBT, Brainspotting and somatic psychotherapy. Whether working with survivors of acute trauma, chronic pain, or long-term emotional suffering, I am dedicated to helping you to reclaim your sense of self and find your path toward healing.

Hi! My name is Megan, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I am currently completing my supervised clinical practicum at CK Mental Health and Trauma Therapy Centre. I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I approach each client with compassion and respect as we work together toward your goals. My practice draws on evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based techniques.

Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher. That experience shaped who I am and led me to my passion for mental health. I know how much heart and energy goes into the work, and how heavy it can feel. I’m passionate about supporting educators, offering a space where you can feel seen and understood as you navigate the unique challenges in education.

I enjoy working with clients to navigate challenges they are experiencing, such as stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or self-esteem. My goal is to help you feel supported as you build on your strengths and move toward the changes you’re hoping for. I can’t wait for us to start this journey together!
